Preston Castille
Preston Castille (Democratic Party) is a member of the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, representing District 8. He assumed office on January 13, 2020. His current term ends on January 10, 2028.
Castille (Democratic Party) won re-election to the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education to represent District 8 outright in the primary on October 14, 2023, after the general election was canceled.
Biography
Preston Castille earned a J.D. from Tulane Law School. Castille’s career experience includes working as president of Helix Community Schools. He also has experience working as an adjunct law professor for Southern University Law Center and Louisiana State University Law School.[1]
