Prisoner's death under investigation

KEARNEY, Nebraska: As required by Nebraska State law, a grand jury will be investigating the death of a 55-year-old Kearney man while he was in police custody.
David Cagler was arrested by Buffalo County authorities on several warrants and taken to the Buffalo County Jail. The following day Cagler was taken to the hospital for treatment of an undisclosed illness.
The release has stated that foul play is not suspected.[1]
