Probate Court Judges Advisory Committee Formed

South Carolina: Jean Hoefer Toal, Chief Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court, has appointed members to the newly formed Probate Court Judges Advisory Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to provide advice and recommendations to the Chief Justice regarding the improvement of justice in South Carolina Probate Courts. Committee members will also help to plan the Probate Judges Orientation School and serve as it's instructors.[1]
