Probate judge appointed in Alabama

Alabama: Governor Bob Riley appointed on Friday, April 16, Tim Russell to be the Probate Judge of Baldwin County. Russell's appointment fills a vacancy left by the retirement of Adrian Jones and will replace temporary Probate Judge B. Andrew Monaghan once his appointment become effective on May 3. Governor Riley had this to say of Russell, "Tim Russell is an outstanding leader and will do a fantastic job as Probate Judge for Baldwin County."[1]
