Public Utilities, Energy, and Technology Committee, Utah House of Representatives
The Public Utilities, Energy, and Technology Committee is a standing committee of the Utah House of Representatives.
Per the House Rules, committees of the Utah House of Representatives are assigned by the Speaker of the House. Additionally, the Speaker appoints each committee's chair and vice-chair. The exact timing of committee assignments is not specified in the rules. A quorum is defined as a majority of the standing committee's members.[1]
