Biography
Johnson is the owner of Tender Loving Kare Child Care and Learning Center.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Johnson won election to the Delaware House of Representatives from Delaware's 8th District, defeating Martha Sturtevant (R). Johnson received 7,524 votes in the election; Sturtevant received 5,621 votes.[12] Johnson raised $23,129 for his campaign; Sturtevant raised $22,444.[13]
