Cozzens received his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from the Pace University School of Law.[1]
Career
Cozzens practiced law under the title of McCabe & Cozzens prior to his judicial career. He was elected to the Supreme Court in 1998.[1]
