R. Jack Cagle (Republican Party) was a member of the Harris County Commissioners Court in Texas, representing District 4. He assumed office in 2011. He left office on December 31, 2022.

Cagle was a judge for the Harris County Court at Law, No. 1 from 2000 to 2011.[1]

Cagle was re-elected to the Harris County Court at Law, No. 1 in 2010. He defeated Democrat Erica Graham in the general election, winning 56.6 percent of the vote.[2]
