R. Michael Cloud

R. Michael Cloud is a judge for the Orange County Superior Court in Orange County, Indiana. He has served as a judge for the court since July 2000, and had previously served on the Orange County Courts (from 1997 to 2000) before it became the Orange County Superior Court.[1]
Cloud was re-elected to the Orange County Superior Court in 2014, for a term that expires on December 31, 2020.[2]

Education
Cloud received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1980 and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law in 1985.[1]
Career
Before he became a judge, Cloud served as the chief deputy prosecutor for Orange County from 1985 to 1997. He also previously worked as an attorney in private practice in Paoli, Indiana, and served as a member of the majority staff of the Indiana House of Representatives from 1980 to 1983.[1]
