Biography
R. O'Neil Williams served in the U.S. Air Force from 1982 to 1986. He earned a high school diploma from James Madison Senior High School and a law degree from the Tulane University School of Law in 1999. His career experience includes working as an assistant public defender.[1]

- I am a progressive who desires Rehabilitation and Redemption for non-violent offenders. I believe that long-term incarceration is to be used on the most violent, likely to re-offend Defendant's. I don't believe warehousing humans is and effective stick. The carrot of rehabilitation is best.
