R. Stephen Barrett is a judge on the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Barrett was first elected to the court in 1999 and retained in 2009.[2][3]
Career
Prior to joining the court Barrett spent 20 years working at the Montgomery County Solicitor's Office.[3]
