R. Terrence Ney is a circuit court judge for the 19th Circuit in Fairfax County, Virginia. He was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly and assumed the bench on January 12, 1999.[1][2][3]

Education

Ney received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his J.D. from the University of Texas.[2]

Career

Ney spent most of his career prior to joining the bench in private practice with the firm of McGuire, Woods LLP.[2]
