R. Thomas Moorhead
R. Thomas Moorhead was the chief judge for the Colorado 5th Judicial District. He was appointed to the court in August of 2002 and was appointed chief judge by Chief Justice Mary Mullarkey, effective September 1, 2010.[1][2] Moorhead retired from the bench on November 30, 2013.[3]

Moorhead received his J.D. from the Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1975.[1]
