Biography
Willingham received his bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He served as Chief Deputy County Counselor for Jackson County, Missouri from 2011 to 2020 prior to his appointment to the court.[1]
