Races set for Pennsylvania general election

Pennsylvania: Yesterday Pennsylvania held its primary election, allowing voters to select their party candidates for the general election in November.
- Vic Stabile won the Republican primary for the open seat on the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Stabile will compete against David N. Wecht in the general election. Wecht ran unopposed in the Democratic primary yesterday.[1]
- Kathryn Boockvar and Anne Covey will face off in November for the open seat on the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. Boockvar narrowly defeated Barbara Ernsberger in the Democratic primary. Covey easily defeated Paul P. Panepinto for the Republican nomination.[1]
