Education
Bell received her undergraduate degree from the University of Memphis and her J.D. from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.[1]

Before her election to the court in August 2012, Bell was the managing partner of her law firm, Bell & Kinslow, PLLC in Nashville, Tennessee.[2]
