Rachel Storch (Democratic Party) was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 64. She assumed office in 2005. She left office in 2011.

Storch (Democratic Party) ran for election to the New York City Council to represent District 4. She lost in the Democratic primary on June 24, 2025.

Biography

Prior to joining the Missouri House of Representatives, Storch served as consultant to McCormack Baron from 2004-2005, legal counsel and director of policy to state Senator Ken Jacob from 2002-2003, and deputy chief of staff/senior policy advisor to Senator Jean Carnahan from 2000-2002. She earned her J.D. from Washington University and B.A. in history/literature from Harvard University.

Storch is a Board Member of the Childrens' Trust Fund, Cultural Trust Fund Board Member of the Missouri Arts Council, and a member of the Missouri State Bar Association, Missouri Women’s'Council, Nurses for Newborns, and Women Lawyers Association.[1]
