Two Racine Village Hill's Food Mart Local Liquor Option questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Meigs County, which is in Ohio, where they were approved.

The first question permits the sale of alcoholic beverages by Hill's Food Mart.

The second question permits the Sunday sale of alcoholic beverages by the same.[1]

Language on the ballot for the first question:

Shall the Sale of Wine and Mixed Beverages be permitted by Slimz,L.L.C., dba Hill’s Food Mart/Racine Sunoco an 

applicant for a C‐2 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of carry‐out/grocery store operation at 521 Elm Street  and Drive‐up Area, Racine, OH  45771 in this precinct?[2]

Language on the ballot for the second question:

Shall the Sale of Wine and Mixed Beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 

midnight by Slimz,L.L.C., dba Hill’s Food Mart/Racine Sunoco an applicant for a D‐6 liquor permit who is engaged in the  business of carry‐out/grocery store operation at 521 Elm Street and Drive‐up Area, Racine, OH  45771 in this precinct?[1][2]
