Biography
Racquel Vasquez was born in Los Angeles, California. Vasquez earned a bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge in 1994. Her career experience includes serving as mayor. Vasquez has been affiliated with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Epsilon Xi Omega, the League of California Cities, the Municipal Employees Association, and the SANDAG Board of Directors.[1]
