Raeigen Evans is a judge of the Michigan 36th District Court. She assumed office on April 18, 2022. Her current term ends on January 1, 2029.

Evans ran for re-election for judge of the Michigan 36th District Court. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Evans was appointed to the court on March 31, 2022, by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) to replace Kristina Robinson Garrett.[1]

Evans is a former candidate for the Wayne County Probate Court in Michigan. Evans withdrew from the race prior to the general election.[2]

Evans earned both her B.A. and her J.D. from Wayne State University. Prior to her appointment, she worked as a referee with the 3rd Circuit Court, and before that, she worked as an assistant prosecutor in the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office.[1]
