Biography
Rafael Perez earned a bachelor's degree from San Diego State University in 2004.His career experience includes working as adjunct faculty at Cuyamaca College and a self employed realtor. Perez's organizational affiliations include the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors board of directors.[1]
