Biography

Rahman Vace served in the United States Air Force from 2005 to 2011. He earned an associate degree from Riverside City College in 1980 and a master's degree from California State University, Long Beach, in 1988. Vace's career experience includes working as a real estate broker and appraiser, and he has worked in the engineering and computer networking fields.

Married and Father of three kids, I have 30 years of engineering and teaching experience in Aerospace and Air Force

Earned Master degree in Electrical Engineering Licensed in Real Estate Broker and appraiser volunteered during during holidays and Food banks during COVID-19

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

• Protect educators and Help Students succeed
• Provide free internet connection to students & teachers
• Provide safety & increase classrooms size (COVID-19 )

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

My main focus is the safety of every student, parent, and staff member during the COVID 19. We can conduct virtual meetings for each parent and discuss different issues and solutions during this pandemic. My promise is to ensure guidelines and a safe environment for all students, teachers, and staff during this pandemic and reduce as much stress as possible.

- provide the best online learning experience for our students and teachers to make class fun, safe, and a great alternative for academic success
- provide fiscal responsibilities and balancing the budget.
- provide more extracurricular opportunities for students that meet Covid 19 safety protocols

- subsidize the unfunded costs of special education, transportation, and breakfast and lunch program.

Good communicator and be able to resolve any anomaly.

Balancing the budget and protect Educators and students.

Not getting my law degree.

What is the primary job of a school board member in your view?

To create safe environment for students, teachers, facility's and staffs

Who are your constituents?

I endorsed by planned parenthood.

How would you support the diverse needs of your district’s students, faculty, staff, and community?

Participating in virtual meeting and listening to theirs issues and find common solutions.

How will you build relationships with members of the broader community? Which groups, organizations, stakeholders will you specifically target?

Communication is the key to succeed and be fiscally responsible and balance the deficit budget.

What will you do to build a better relationship with parents in the district? What plans do you have to be inclusive of parental involvement?

Because of COVID, we have to conduct weekly or monthly virtual meeting and check the Academics progress during the pandemic and resolve their issues and provide tutoring for students.

Do you believe it is important to intentionally recruit with the aim of diversifying the district’s faculty, staff, and administration? If so, what would be your policy to achieve this?

What issues get in the way of quality education? How would you address these obstacles?

Currently we need to connect efficiently and make sure resolve any obstacles during pandemic.

What constitutes good teaching? How will you measure this? How will you support advanced teaching approaches?

Communication and analysing every student needs individually by creating tutoring virtual classrooms for every student.

What type of skills should students be learning for success in the 21st century?

Make sure every student have access to free biblical university.

How might you improve the value of a high school diploma? What should a 21st century diploma reflect?

Shirting the 12 to 10 years eliminating 2nd and 8 grades.

In what areas would you like to expand curriculum? For example, do you see a need for advanced technical training or apprenticeships? What sort of innovative programming would you advance if given the opportunity?

Create technical schools after ninth grades.

Balancing the budget and get rid of waste spending.
