Ralph A. Boniello III is a justice of the Niagara County Supreme Court in the 8th Judicial District of New York. He was elected to this position in 2001.[1]

Education

Boniello received his B.A. from Ohio University in 1966 and his J.D. from the University of Buffalo Law School in 1969. In 1970, he received the Air & Space Law Certificate from McGill University Institute of Air and Space Law.[1]

Career

Boniello began his career in 1970 as an attorney at law with the firm of Boniello, Gellman, Anton, Brydges, Conti & Schroff. He then practiced as a partner of Boniello, Anton, Conti & Boniello from 1976 to 1998. He then ran his own firm, The Law Offices of Ralph A. Boniello, III from 1998 to 2000. From 1990 to 1994 and from 1998 to 2000, he also served as agency counsel for the Niagara County Industrial Development Agency. He then served as a Niagara County attorney for a short time in 2000 prior to his election to the supreme court.[1]
