Ralph Bailey, Jr. is a judge of the Henry County State Court in Georgia. He assumed office on December 29, 2021. His term ended on December 31, 2024.

Bailey Jr. is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve. He also has worked as a Brigade Judge Advocate. Bailey Jr. is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He has served as a mentor in the Henry County Veteran's Treatment Court.[1]

Education

Bailey Jr. earned his bachelor's degree in police administration at the University of Louisville and his law degree at the University of Baltimore School of Law. He also earned an M.B.A. at Mercer University School of Business.[2]
