Biography

Ralph Baxter lives in Wheeling, West Virginia. He earned a bachelor's degree from Stanford University, a master's degree in education from Catholic University of America, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia. Baxter's career experience includes working as an elementary school teacher, chairman and CEO of Orrick, and senior adviser to Thomson Reuters Legal.[1][2]
