Ralph C. Gingles, Jr. was the chief district court judge for the 27A Judicial District, which presides over Gaston County of North Carolina. Gingles passed away in October 2015.[1]
Education
Gingles received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. from the University of Virginia.[2]
