Ralph H. Walton was the judge of the 355th District Court in Texas, where he was elected to serve three times. [1] [2] Walton was a judge previously from 1985 through 1989. He then assumed office again in 1999, where he has remained.[3] Walton was re-elected on November 4, 2014 and November 6, 2018, after running unopposed both times for a term that begins on January 1, 2015, and expired on December 31, 2018 and a second term that began on January 1, 2019 and expired on January 1, 2022. [4][5] However, Walton retired on May 31, 2021 due to health related issues. [6]
