Ralph Jenney (1883-1945) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

He was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on June 23, 1937 to replace Albert Lee Stephens.[1] He was confirmed by the Senate on June 29th, and received commission on July 3rd. He served until his death on July 13, 1945.
