Ralph Wilson (Arkansas)
Ralph Wilson, Jr. is the Division 5 judge of the Second Circuit in Arkansas. He has served as a judge on the court since August 1989. Wilson was re-elected on May 20, 2014, for another term ending in 2020.[1][2][3][4]
