Campaign themes

2014

Paulino posted the following campaign statements to his Facebook campaign page:

I am running for a Board of Education seat after much thought and consideration to the actions of some of your current sitting members. It is my belief that our district has been left vulnerable due to nepotism, mismanagement of tax payers' hard earned money, lack of effective leadership and transparency.

I aim to bring your voice to a board whose majority has closed you out. A board whose majority has failed to listen to the ones we entrust our children to, our teachers, and has put personal and/or political interest before the well being of our students. [4]
