Ramon Lafitte

Ramon Lafitte is a judge of the 1st Judicial District in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. He was elected to this position on November 4, 2008, and took office the following January.[1][2][3][4] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term beginning on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[5][6]

Lafitte received his undergraduate degree from Northeast Louisiana University and his J.D. from the Southern University Law Center.[3]
Career
Lafitte worked for the law firm of Piper & Lafitte prior to joining the district court bench in 2009.[3]
