Rand Gelber is a judge with the Maryland Sixth District Court. He was appointed by Gov. Larry Hogan (R) on December 21, 2016.[1]
Biography
Gelber earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame. He later received his J.D. from the Southwestern University School of Law. Gelber was an attorney in private practice at the time of his district court appointment.[1]
