Randal J. Duncan is a district court judge for the 27th Judicial District in Virginia.[1] He was re-elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly for another six-year term on January 26, 2010.[2]

Education

Duncan received his undergraduate degree from Radford University and his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University.[3]
