Biography
Mangham's professional experience includes working as president of the Metropolitan Management Corporation, city attorney/city judge in the City of Greenville from 1990 to 1992, and partner in the Law Firm of Kendall, Mangham, Kendall and Hurst from 1981 to 1985.
He was a founding board member of the Georgia Association of African American Attorneys and a board member of the South DeKalb Community Development Corporation.[1]
