Randal S. Mashburn
Randal S. Mashburn is a bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Middle District of Tennessee. He was appointed to the court on January 12, 2012, and his term will expire on January 11, 2026.[1][2][3]
Education
Mashburn received his J.D. from Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Mashburn spent his legal career in private practice, as a bankruptcy attorney, Chapter 11 trustee, court-appointed bankruptcy examiner, and mediator.[1]
