Randall Arp is a judge for the First Judicial District Court in Colorado.[1] He was appointed to the bench in July 2006 by former Governor Bill Owens and was retained by voters in 2008 and 2014.[2]  His six-year term was set to expire on January 11, 2021.[3]

Arp was retained to the First Judicial District with 66.6 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [4]

The Colorado Commissions on Judicial Performance recommended that Judge Arp be Retained. The full report is available here.

Education

Arp received his undergraduate degree from Moorhead State University and his J.D. from the University of Colorado at Boulder.[5]

Career

Prior to being appointed to the bench in 2006, Arp was an attorney in private practice at Bradley, Devitt and Arp, PC.[2]
