Randall Basinger
Randall Basinger was a judge on the Putnam County Court of Common Pleas, General and Domestic Relations Divisions in Ottawa, Ohio. He retired from the bench in May 2017.[1][2]
Basinger was a 2016 candidate for the Ohio Third District Court of Appeals.[3] He was defeated.
Education
Basinger received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University.[4]
