Randall Davis
Randall Davis was a member of the Maine Public Utilities Commission. Davis assumed office on September 27, 2017. Davis left office on March 1, 2023.
Davis was appointed to the commission on September 27, 2017, following the resignation of Carlisle McLean.[1][2]
Biography
In his early career, Davis worked as a systems engineer for Exxon Chemical in New Jersey, Louisiana, Texas, and England. He joined Sappi’s Somerset Mill in Skowhegan in 1978 and rose to the position of area operations manager for energy.[1]
