Indicted for alleged violations of the Maine Clean Elections Act (2025)

On February 12, 2025, Hall was indicted by a grand jury on 12 charges involving 10 counts of aggravated forgery, one count of unsworn falsification, and one count of criminal violation of the Maine Clean Elections Act. The indictment alleged that Hall forged the signatures of 10 names on the clean election documents, the forms necessary to qualify as a clean election candidate in Maine. Hall pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on April 18, 2025.
