Randall Wilson
Randall Jay Wilson was a 2015 candidate for the Cambria County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania.[1] He was 2012 Republican candidate for District 73 of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
Biography
Wilson earned his B.A. in LAS with an emphasis in Instructional Systems from Penn State University in 2001 and his B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University in 2002. His professional experience includes working in positions in engineering and management and for WTAJ as the Director of Information Technology. He served in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged in 1994.[2]

- Excerpt: "RJ's campaign will be centered on the theme of the free citizen and the proper role of a limited constitutional republic. Wilson would like to "responsibly and prudently reduce the size, scope, and power of the state government, and return power, money, and prestige to the individual citizen, where possible, and to local levels of government."

Elections for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 11, 2014. Incumbent Frank Burns defeated Martin Westrick in the Democratic primary, while Philip Rice defeated Randall Jay Wilson in the Republican primary. Burns defeated Rice in the general election.[3][4][5]

Wilson ran in the 2012 election for Pennsylvania House District 73. Wilson ran unchallenged in the Republican primary on April 24 and was defeated by incumbent Gary Haluska (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[6]
