Randolph Marshall "Randy" Collins is a judge of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court in New Mexico. He was elected to the court in November 2014, effective January 1, 2015, for a term that expires on December 31, 2020.[1]

Collins ran in the 2012 election as a Democratic candidate for a seat on the New Mexico State Senate District 30. He was defeated by Clemente Sanchez in the Democratic primary on June 5, 2012.[3][4][5]

Collins received his undergraduate degree in economics from Georgetown University, his master's degree from the University of Chicago, and his J.D. from Georgetown University.[6]
