Randolph L. Garrison was the presiding judge on the Douglas County Circuit Court in Oregon. The court has jurisdiction over Douglas County and is located within the 16th Judicial District. Garrison joined the court in 2005, and his most recent term expired on January 2, 2017.[1]

Garrison was re-elected to the Douglas County Circuit Court in 2010 after running unopposed. He received 98.89 percent of the vote.[2]

Education

Garrison received his High School diploma in 1969 from Roseburg High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Lewis and Clark College in 1973. He earned his J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in 1976.[3]
