Randy J. Stoker was a judge for the Fifth District of Idaho.[1] He was appointed by Governor Butch Otter in June 2007 and was re-elected in May 2014. His last term would have expired in January 2019.[2][3][4] He passed away in January 2018.[5]

Stoker was re-elected to the Fifth Judicial District in 2010 after running unopposed.[6]

Education

Stoker received an undergraduate degree from the University of Idaho, going on to earn his J.D. there as well. He was admitted to the bar in 1975.[7]

Career

Prior to his judicial appointment in 2007, Stoker was a judge of the magistrate court in Twin Falls County.[4]
