The Indiana Republican Party appointed Maxwell to the Indiana House of Representatives District 43 on September 12, 2023, to replace Chip Perfect (R). [1]
Maxwell was sworn in by Indiana Supreme Court chief justice Loretta Rush on September 28, 2023. [2]
Biography
Maxwell is a graduate of Indiana University. [3] Maxwell has served as the CEO of Maxwell Construction since 1999. [4]
