Randy Sue Marber is a justice of the Nassau County Supreme Court in the 10th Judicial District of New York. She was elected to this position in 2006 and took office early the following year.[1][2][3]
Education
Marber received her B.A. degree from the University of Rochester and her J.D. degree from the Boston University School of Law.[3]
Career
Marber began her career at the firm of Huenke & Rodriguez as staff counsel to the Hanover Insurance Company. She then worked as a senior associate and trial attorney at the firms of Curtis, Zaklukiewicz, Vasile, Devine and McElhenny in Merrick. After that, from January of 2000 to December of 2001, she was a principal law clerk/law secretary to Supreme Court and Appellate Term Justice Allan L. Winick. She then served as a District Court judge of Nassau County from 2002 until she was elected to the Supreme Court in 2006.[2][3]
