Rashad Hauter
Rashad Hauter (Republican Party) is a judge for District 10A Seat 1 of the North Carolina 10th Judicial District. Hauter assumed office on February 12, 2021. Hauter's current term ends on December 31, 2026.
Hauter (Republican Party) ran for re-election for the District 10A Seat 1 judge of the North Carolina 10th Judicial District. Hauter won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Gov. Roy Cooper (D) appointed Hauter to the court on January 8, 2021, to replace Michael J. Denning.[1]
Education
Hauter received a B.A. in biology and Asian studies, with a concentration in Arabic, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2007. He received a J.D. from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2011.[2]
