Raul Anthony Ramirez (1944-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Ramirez was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on December 14, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 21, 1980, and received commission on May 23, 1980. He served the Eastern District of California until his resignation on December 31, 1989. Ramirez was succeeded in this position by William Shubb.
