Ray Barker
Ray Barker is running for election to the Louisville City Council to represent District 5 in Kentucky. Barker is on the ballot in the primary on May 19, 2026.[source]
Barker was a 2016 Democratic candidate for District 43 of the Kentucky House of Representatives. Barker was disqualified from the race for failing to meet filing requirements on May 13, 2016.[1][2]
