Ray Barker
Ray Barker (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Louisville City Council to represent District 5 in Kentucky. Barker lost in the Democratic primary on May 17, 2022.
Barker was a 2016 Democratic candidate for District 43 of the Kentucky House of Representatives. Barker was disqualified from the race for failing to meet filing requirements on May 13, 2016.[1][2]
