Ray David Martinez Sr.
Ray David Martinez Sr. was an at-large member of the Alhambra District Governing Board in Arizona. He won election in the November 4, 2014, general election. Martinez did not file to run for re-election in 2018.
Biography
When he served on the school board, Martinez was the president of RDM Investigation & Consulting Services, LLC, in Phoenix, Arizona. He earned an M.S. in organizational leadership from Grand Canyon University in 2005.[1]

Two at-large seats on the Alhambra District Governing Board were up for general election on November 4, 2014.
One incumbent, Liz Sanchez, ran for re-election, while Billie Foltz, the other incumbent, did not run . The following challengers filed sufficient signatures and were official candidates for the at-large seats: Cathleen M. O'Neil Frantz, Gabriel Zermeno, Ray David Martinez Sr. and Schilla Greenleaf.
Newcomers Cathleen M. O'Neil Frantz and Ray David Martinez Sr. won the general election.[2]
