Ray Janssen
Ray Janssen (b. 1937) is a former member of the Nebraska Unicameral, representing District 15 from 1992 to 2008.
Biography
Howard's professional experience includes working as a grocer. He served in the United States Army from 1956 to 1962.[1]
Issues
Janssen voted in favor of Nebraska Legislative Bill 39, to restrict initiative rights in Nebraska.
